Great Swabian cuisine with a very good wine selection. We had organized a goose dinner for 7 people and were able to pick up everything ready on time. The roast goose was perfect and the side dishes were more than enough with lots of delicious sauce! The food was very good (Zwiebelrostbraten). Very friendly service.

We picked up roast goose and are absolutely thrilled. The meat tender as butter and great in taste, the red cabbage extremely tasty. Completely satisfied with the goose meal, can only be recommended!

Roast goose with side dishes fresh from the oven to take home. We loved it! The meat was perfectly cooked and tasted sensationally good! The red cabbage was fantastic, and the two kinds of dumplings were also great. The sauce completed the whole thing. The four of us are still blown away from this special dinner. Pre-ordering and collection were straightforward. Thanks for this service! 😋

Nice inn. Here you can sit nicely, especially outside. Extensive menu and good portions.

The selection of the menu was clear, regional and seasonal, you could find something for your taste. You could tell the food was fresh and prepared with passion! We ate very well here, compliments to the kitchen! The service was very courteous and responded to small extra requests in a friendly manner. We felt very comfortable here and will definitely come again. Thank you so much!

The fine-tuned menu offers main dishes between ten and 25 euros, as well as a cheaper lunch table. The ambience is stylish, the service on this Saturday evening is personal and dedicated. The start with the "oven pans with black sausage on celery puree, spice apple, marjoram" is delicious. This level is maintained by our main courses "Homemade dumplings in beef broth" (with onion melt and salad plate) and "Boiled ox breast with horseradish sauce (with steamed potatoes and salad plate). We felt comfortable in the deer.

Do not frequently venture out for lunchtime, came across this place unintentionally. Lovely staff and excellent food. Lovely, calm ambiance, ideal for your meal. Menu offers healthy choices as well as indulgent ones, great for a relaxed lunch or a special dinner. Didn't have to wait very long to be seated, was pleased by how clean everything was. The personnel here are actually first class, can't compliment them enough.

Very relaxed atmosphere and very good dishes. The handling tone of the waitress is always polite and very respectful. It is definitely worth a visit!

I highly recommend the goose meal. Crunchy, delicious side dishes and sufficient. Nice and courteous service. The other dishes on the menu are also delicious. I still had the creme brule. Good as well.

No vegetarian options

Good Swabian restaurant with a clear map and good service. We recently went to the Gasthaus zum Hirsch in Degerloch for lunch and were completely satisfied. In addition to the well-made Swabian dishes is in particular the good service to mention. Personally I had the Sauerbraten the butterzart was - the side dishes were the whole in no way inferior. The Swabian Rostbraten is however my favorite - was allowed to try on my opposite 😁 Gladly again!

It is quite nice place and very quiet (no music at all..). But the pumpkin soup we have ordered was average - not bad but nothing special.

Urban decor, so you can focus on the important, namely the quite delicious food. Good portions to get full. Nice for the eye and even better for the taste. Come again. Especially the potato salad did it to me ...

Great food and Service! The Swabians seem to eat early for dinner, so it's better to book a table even if you also thinking of dining early. They have a lovely outdoor dining area too. Large portions and around 20,00 to 34,00 Euros for mains. It's worth it.

Good food, typical German service. One waitress for an entire restaurant. German menu with no English alternative, we used Google translate so it worked out fine. Overall, good experience we would go again.

Sort of a hole in the wall. Service 7 of 10. Expensive considering German/Austrian fare. Good eats nonetheless.

We simply got a Classic XL hamburger and French fries but the service was quick and the burger very nice and tasty. Friendly staff.
